This isn’t a pure account management role. You won’t get a ready-made customer base or warm leads. You’ll research markets, hunt prospects, build relationships, and close deals yourself. Expect a lot of no’s before the yes — and the satisfaction of winning business you created from scratch. Your Mission
At Tulip Tech, we’re building the batteries that power the future of drones and electric aviation. Our mission is clear: in the next five years, we want to produce and sell 100,000 batteries a year.
To get there, we need more than great technology — we need to grow our customer base fast. That is why we’re looking for a Sales Executive who’s equally hungry as our team.
What You’ll Do
- Research target markets and generate leads (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM)
- Own the pipeline: prospecting, outreach, negotiation, closing
- Use CRM tools (we use bonsai) to track opportunities
- Prepare proposals and presentations (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Represent Tulip Tech at demos, meetings, and events
- Spot inefficiencies and help improve how we run sales
What You Bring
- Fluency in English and Dutch (pre).
- MBO4 or HBO degree in commercial economics, business administration, or ideally Engineering.
- 1–3 years experience in sales support, office coordination, or commercial roles
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Clear communication and the confidence to chase things when needed
- You have experience or you are passionate about engineering companies.

- Salary between €3000 – €4000 gross/month
- 38 days off per year (25 vacation + 13 ADV via CAO Metaal & Techniek)
